Double Your Impact with Employer Matching

Amplify your support of Cottage Lake PTA by participating in your company’s Corporate Matching Program and/or Volunteer Matching Program. For example:

A company might donate $1 for every $1 you donate; and/or,
A company might donate a set amount (e.g., $25/hour) to Cottage Lake PTA for every hour you volunteer with our organization.

How to Participate

Contact your company’s HR department to determine if they have a Corporate Matching Program and/or Volunteer Matching Program. If so, request information and procedures. Cottage Lake PTA cannot sign up on your behalf.

Upon completion of your donation or volunteer commitment, complete all appropriate employee forms to request the matching dollars. The legal name of our organization is Cottage Lake Parent-Teacher Association. A Cottage Lake PTA Board Member can provide any documentation required by your organization.

Below is a list of some of the employers in the area that participate in matching, along with instructions on how to get your donation matched. Many companies make it easy to request your matching donation by simply logging onto a page while on the company intranet. Please remember that sometimes procedures change, so for the most up-to-date information, you can contact your company’s HR department or reach out to fundraising@cottagelakepta.org, and we will try to assist.

To select the cause you want your matched donation to go to, search for Cottage Lake Parent-Teacher Association. If it isn’t already in the database, search for it with the EIN (taxpayer ID) 91-6073683.
