Please join us in congratulating this year's PTA award recipients:
Golden Sailboat/Outstanding Educator Award: Kristen Simpson
Golden Anchor/Outstanding Staff Award: Christie Pak
Golden Acorn/Outstanding Volunteer Award: Marie Engstrom
These three individuals embody the dedication, passion, and commitment that make Cottage Lake Elementary such a special place. Their contributions have made a meaningful impact on our students, staff, and community, and we are grateful for all they do. Congratulations on this well-deserved recognition!
This meeting is especially important as PTA members will vote to approve the proposed 2026–2027 budget and elect the incoming 2026–2027 PTA Board. We’ll also reflect on the successes of this year and share plans for the upcoming school year.
All PTA members are encouraged to attend and participate in these important decisions that help shape the future of our school community.
We hope to see you there!

The Cottage Lake Elementary PTA is a 501(c)3 non-profit made up of parents, teachers, and community members working working to make every child's potential a reality by engaging and empowering families and communities. While we’re an independent organization, we work closely alongside the school to support students, families, and staff.
The PTA helps fill funding gaps to make sure our kids have what they need—and goes beyond that to provide the ‘extras’ that make school special, from enrichment programs to community events.
